PRINTING PRODUCTS: PROOFING AND MATCHING
We necessitate the users and customers of our website to approve evidence (whether an electronic file or hard copy) of the printing products. All print jobs involve customer approval of the final art work and job specification sheet. Once an order has been placed, final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet will be sent to customers via email. Customers are responsible for rereading all details mentioned in the specification sheet, including delivery dates and or production swiftness, and confirm that all the customer necessities have been precisely noted. helloamusement.com™ is not liable for any specifications and requests beyond what are noted in the final specification sheet. In accumulation, it is the responsibility of the customer to evaluate the final artwork proof as proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. Unintended changes can occur because of the various ways that files are prepared.
What is revealed on the final proof signifies what will be printed. helloamusement.com™ strongly recommends that the proof be printed out entirely to check definite position, spelling, and other design elements. helloamusement.com™ will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues that are not identified by the customer and conversed to helloamusement.com immediately. After consent, the design file and job specifications will be forwarded to the production department and printed as it is.
helloamusement.com™ is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. helloamusement.com™ will try to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone. helloamusement.com™ is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof. In addition, application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. helloamusement.com™ is not legally responsible for the final color appearance of a laminated product/s.
MATERIAL SUPPLIES
Kindly note that the paper/card stock used for printing for our products is not foodstuff grade. Any such necessity should be communicated in writing immediately. If you’ve any specific food grade necessity with regards to paper stock, please let us know before the placement of this order.
CUSTOMER IS SOLELY HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE PROOF AND LAYOUT CONSENT PROCEEDING TO THE PRINTING.
helloamusement.com™ is NOT ACCOUNTABLE for blunders in a printed product caused by any of the following:
Graphics Positioning or Assignment and Unfitting Font Usage
Spelling, Syntactic and Punctuation Inaccuracies
Wrong Die cuts, tears or Improper and Omitted Folds
Completed Product Dimension
COLOR CORRECTNESS AND HARDCOPY APPROVALS
helloamusement.com™ will replicate color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, Hello Amusement cannot guarantee color match and color density because of limitations in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, as well as neighboring image ink requirements.
The accuracy of color reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved. Please note that Hello Amusement can only guarantee color reproduction for your print-ready files if you order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. Please note that Hello Amusement is not responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
PROTECTION AND CONSTRAINT OF LIABILITY
You approve that you shall insure and defend helloamusement.com™ and all parties from whom helloamusement.com™ has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including rational legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall helloamusement.com or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not helloamusement.com has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide products or services that you order from helloamusement.com or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service.
In no event shall helloamusement.com be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.
DELIVERY POLICY
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the day you approve the final specification sheet of your order, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 06 to 25 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
REFUND POLICY
Due to custom nature of printing and packaging products and other facilities we provide, you need to update us at helloamusement.com. We cannot grant a repay or credit to you; however, we will investigate the matter cautiously. Once an order has been placed successfully, no refunds are issued for any design services orders.
Even though all orders are exceptional, and sales are fixed, if we acknowledge a mistake done by us, we will reprint the order without any refunds and credits.
IN CASE OF ANY REIMBURSEMENTS
The customer must notify helloamusement.com™ within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. helloamusement.com™ will not be accountable for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.
In order to receive replacement products, customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written return consent from helloamusement.com™.
All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are not going to be refunded, including those orders that are returned for any reason
DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for investigating all parcels for any noticeable signs of damage or missing items (when compared to the items listed on the enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify helloamusement.com™ and the delivery courier immediately. helloamusement.com™ will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery. helloamusement.com™ is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
Each ordered product is usually shipped with few extra pieces that are free of charge. Seldom order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underage or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if exact quantity is needed, then it is suggested that customers should order 10% over the required quantity.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped since an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or inferred, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
After final proof approval the products will be shipped in the least possible time. Product delivery time can vary depending on various factors including geographic location, transit availability, climate and more.
In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping times.
helloamusement.com™ will always act to print and ship orders in a well-timed manner. In no case shall helloamusement.com™ be liable for any consequences or compensations resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products.
All helloamusement.com™ customers agree not to hold helloamusement.com™ liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond helloamusement.com™ direct control.
helloamusement.com™ shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.
helloamusement.com™ will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unpredicted equipment failure, error or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or accelerate fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.
All helloamusement.com™ customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on good that are shipped to their respective locations. It is the accountability of the customers to make schedules to clear customs for shipments supplied outside the United States.
