3.1. Choose the right clothes
Before climbing, you need to choose the right clothes. Never wear shorts and tights. Be sure to wear loose long pants. Wearing shorts can easily break the skin when climbing, and tight pants can hinder leg lifting and flexibility. For shoes, professional climbing shoes should also be worn. If you wear normal shoes, the soles of your feet will be uncomfortable during the climbing process and you will be more likely to get injured.
3.2. Plan a climbing route
Before climbing the rock, choose a good climbing route, because different heights and angles of rock paths, different positions and sizes of rock holes will have different degrees of difficulty. Choose a route that suits you.
3.3. Wear safety gear
Wear safety belts and protective ropes when climbing, equipped with ropes, etc. to avoid danger. When wearing safety gear, you can neither be tied too tight nor too loose, too tight, it will affect your climbing posture, and too loose will easily fall off. It is best to keep an index finger away from the width between the legs. Knee pads, shoulder pads, elbow pads and helmets are also indispensable, especially when climbing in the wild.
3.4 Do not wear decorations
Before climbing, the fingers, hands, feet and nails should be shortened. Long-haired people must tie up their hair. Do not wear bracelets, watches, rings and other small items when climbing.
